Years ago I talked about feeling like I needed to work towards creating a learning center. Ya'll helped me come up with the name Maker's Garden.
I think it's time to put my energy into making this happen.
It will be a large venue that will include equipment and teachers of different trades and a marketplace for small businesses to offer their wares without having to be present. We all know how much work and time goes into selling online or finding markets to sell at. This will help alleviate those issues. Sellers will be able to rent out their own space for their goods and have someone else be there to sell them.
Of course there will be a coffee truck with locally roasted coffee along with a large meeting area on the upper level with the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains for events.
South Vail and the Corona de Tucson area is growing by leaps and bounds so we deserve a great place to commune and learn while helping promote local small businesses.
